With Chinese New Year at the end of this week, Singapore in full festive spirit with decorations celebrating the Chinese New Year and the upcoming Year of the Horse. The streets of Chinatown are decorated with 88 illuminated lantern sculptures of horses that are galloping towards prosperity and countless gold coins. With Chinatown also holding a Chinese New Year bazaar with extra stores set up selling food and decorations for the home it certainly is a lively place to visit at night.
